We only collect personal information that is voluntarily submitted through our website forms, including:

  • Contact details (Full Name, Email address, Phone/WhatsApp number) when submitting inquiries or registering for events.
  • Volunteer application details (skills, availability, experience) to evaluate volunteer placements.
  • Newsletter email addresses for subscribers wanting learning updates and event notices.

3. How We Use Information

The information collected is used exclusively for:

  • Organizing learner sessions, workshops, holiday bootcamps, and community math festivals.
  • Communicating with volunteers and partners regarding opportunities and logistical updates.
  • Responding to inquiries from parents, teachers, and school administrators.

4. Photography & Media Consent

Dijitali Maths captures photographs and video during learning sessions and public festivals to celebrate learner achievements and train educators. Written parental or guardian consent is always obtained for learner media. Every photograph adheres to our contextual captioning standard (e.g. “Binary Code Necklace Activity, Nairobi, 2025”).
